Appearance/Properties: Light-yellow powder, slightly odorous, non-toxic, density :1.31-1.34, melting point: ≥96°C. Soluble in benzene and ethyl acetate, insoluble in water, slightly soluble in gasoline.

Applications: The rubber accelerator CBS is a kind of highly active delay action accelerator, which has good coke resistance, it can process a safety and short vulcanization time. When curing temperature above 138 ℃ promoting effect is very strong. Often works with TMTD or other alkaline accelerators to prepare a second accelerant. Alkaline promoters such as thiuram and disulfide carbamate can enhance their activity. Mainly used for manufacturing tires, rubber pipes, rubber shoes, cables and other industrial rubber products.

Storage: Store closed containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
